Neighborhoods With Waterfront Real Estate in Mt. Pleasant, SC

Mount Pleasant has one of the most sought after real estate in Charleston County and waterfront communities top the list of most desirable areas to buy homes. Mt. Pleasant and East of the Cooper are the areas with the highest demand because of its plethora of waterfront real estate for sale.
